PT-SBS332 is an intelligent synchronous serial communication controllerfor the SBus. This add-in module works with SIO rates up to T1 (1.5Mbps)) per E1 (2.0 Mbps) full duplex on two independent ports. The moduleincludes an onboard CPU 32 (Motorola 68020) running at 16 MHz and apopular 85C30-compatible Integrated Serial Communication Controller(ISCC) with full DMA support. Various line interfaces are available suchas RS/EIA-232C (V.24); Mil Std. 188c, V.35; and RS/EIA 422/449. A varietyof third-party software that includes X.25, DDCMP, HDLC/SDLC, ADDCP, DDN,"Financial Market Feed," and a Streams-based toolkit is being ported tothe module.
